Great location, next to botanical garden and kings park. 15min walk to elizabeth quay, 20min walk to city center. Lovely, quiet green area, easy to get around. Hotel is nice, not too big, great breakfast cafe on 1st floor. Also laundry and tiny gym on 1st floor. Room is good size for few nights, clean. Good value for money, friendly and helpful staff.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The room was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed to cook—dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and stove. We arrived late due to a flight delay, but the self check-in system made things so easy. Our return flight was close to midnight, and the staff kindly allowed us a late checkout. Special thanks to Maria at the front desk—she was incredibly warm and friendly throughout our stay and even arranged for us to use the shower room before our departure. Her hospitality truly made a difference!

Room was incredibly spacious, and met all of of our needs. Having an apartment was so handy. It meant we could cook, rather than eating out, and do a spot of washing. Staff were super friendly. We arrived late, and there was no issue getting the key and entering the hotel without reception staff. The price for this hotel was fantastic, and we will DEFINITELY be back here.

Staff are friendly. Great location, beautiful views of water and surrounding parkland in close proximity. Secure building, parking off site. Having access to a car is recommended for day trips to coastal areas, countryside and shopping centers. Food shopping is within walking distance. Uber, Taxi Service, Bus, and Ferry Service are available. Cafe in building has healthy early morning options and is served with a welcoming smile. Great variety of food options and restaurants in surrounding areas. Room and modern bathroom were a good size, with fridge, cook top and microwave. There is an option for an adjoining second room. Great when holidaying with a family member or friend to give space and privacy. Perth has many hidden treasures and secrets that are there for you to discover. Enjoy!

All the staff were so nice, lovely and helpful. The washing machines facilities were very good and also quest providing washer liquid was a very nice touch! The room was very clean and nice and the cooking facilities were also very good. We also loved the coffee cafe inside the hotel which was amazing and the staff in there were brilliant! The location was very nice and also very easy to walk into town and back! Also being right next to kings park was perfect as well! I would definitely return here and recommend quest to anyone as it was fantastic valve for money which is rare to get now!

I’ve booked for 4 nights in a one bedroom apartment which is fabulous and especially the washer and dryer in the bathroom. The room is spacious and well designed, we could stay here a very long time. The location is right next to the Jacob’s ladder to Kings Park .we walked to central Cbd in 20 minutes. The cafe on 1st floor has delicious food. We booked another stay in a few weeks time.

Greeting, access to room, cleanliness of rooms and kitchen facilities. Pleased that there was no parking charge for having to park on Mounts Bay Rd in the day and overnight on a Sunday and public holiday. There is $25 parking availability 10 to 15 mins away at least if wanting secure parking overnight. Great to have a little cafe on the first floor where we could order cooked meals to collect in the day and heat up in our room in the evening.

The staff were wonderful. The 1 bedroom apartment was perfect for our needs - travelling with a disability can be difficult, and the bathroom was easy to access. We took a shower chair with us. Onsite cafe really handy, and location backing on to Kings’ Park is awesome. We are ex Perth locals come back to visit adult children and this was the ideal base. It would be great for business trips also.

The hotel's location is very convenient, between King's Park and Swan River. The room was clean and well-equipped. The kitchenette came with everything my family and I needed for a comfortable stay, including a stovetop, microwave, and fridge. There is also a cafe on the first floor that serves amazing iced latte.

Excellent facilities, on site coffee shop was amazing! It was great to be able to do laundry whilst there. Staff were really helpful. Being able to leave our luggage prior to check in and have it taken to our room ready for us was really appreciated too.
